I knew in my heart for a fact that Chris Benoit was good. That is one of the reasons I respected him and looked up to him...
Man was I ever wrong on this one.
It was just confirmed that Chris Benoit murdered his wife and his 7-year-old son. Nancy was bound by her hands and her feet with a puddle of blood under her head and Daniel was found in a bed. Chris even had the audacity to lay bibles by their side and then proceeded to kill himself by hanging himself from on of his exercise machines.

Anybody that knows me knows that I have no sympathy for someone that commits suicide. NO MATTER WHAT. Nothing is that bad in life. But to murder your wife and especially a 7-year-old child. Your own child at that. That is just disgusting to me.
I could not imagine it being so bad that I would take the life of my own child or someone I love. That is just inexcusable.
I no longer have any respect for Chris Benoit and I hope he enjoys his life in hell. As for Nancy and Daniel, I still offer my deepest and most sincere condolences to everyone in the family or circle.
I was going to write a big long column about this but I am so disgusted by the whole thing that I no longer want anything to do with it.
