whattup horseyholics. "The Orient Express" is back from Indiana with
some big news. I went to work for IWA Mid-South last night and who do they
put me against in my very first match in the promotion. None other than one
of the baddest mother f'ers I know of....... Ian Rotten. I guess they wanted
me to prove to them what I had.
needless to say the match went great. Ian is a great worker and we had
a hell of a time. we practically beat the shit out of each other. but in the
end Ian was the better man. but i get my chance next week as we have a
rematch in a "fans bring the weapons" match. it will be their anniversary
show and is expected to be a sellout with a lot of names and a lot of press.
For more info go to www.iwamidsouthwrestling.com.
I do want to say this though. the boys of the iwa mid-south are some
of the coolest guys i know. they were very polite and friendly. there wasn't
any animosity or people bitching about spots on the show or worrying about
whose going over and who's not. it was just a group of guy's doing their jobs
and looking out for one another.
i came back from my match with Ian and i was covered in blood, had
thumbtacks in my back and head and was very messy. these guy's, who have
never met me before in their life, helped pick the thumb tacks off me, help
clean the blood off me, offered baby wipes to help clean off all the blood
and assisted me until i was all taken care of.
that my friends is the true meaning of the term brotherly love. in
this business, their is a special bond between all wrestlers. we are all on
the same team no matter who we work for and we all want to accomplish the
same thing. we are bound together by certain circumstances that we try to
honor.
sadly, this is not the case in this stupid town of Columbus, Oh. it's
a case of who can stab who in the back first and two-faced assholes. that's
why indy wrestling in Columbus today is fucked up. the brotherly love that
was displayed last night is something that has not been displayed here in
some time. it's not an ego thing and it's definitely not "Indy Mentality".
it's simply the way it should be. we are all on the same team. we are all
"the boys".
so i would like to give a HUGE shout-out to all the boys of IWA
Mid-South. thanx for welcoming me with open arms and I'll see you Saturday at
the anniversary show. but sadly enough, i still have a job to do and that job
is "punchin heads and shakin up some teethisis"so Ian, I'm still gonna have
to whoop your ass just on principal. cause everybody know that "The Orient
Express" is ALL UP IN YOU ASS!!!!!!!!!!!
